Our mission is to promote the advancement of classical and contemporary dance by maintaining a performing company, presenting a high quality season, and providing both dance education and community outreach.

We Support You!

The Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre (BRBT) stands in unity with the arts community and does not tolerate racism or injustice.  During these challenging times, we want to make it abundantly clear that BRBT supports black lives, equality, and inclusion.  The arts, especially dance, allow freedom of expression and are for everyone to participate in and/or enjoy.

We dance as one and we are united as a human race.  We are in this together.

Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre thanks you for supporting us through this very difficult season.

Your support allowed our dancers to continue to perform and bring this beautiful art form to the community at large using multiple virtual platforms.  Take a look at all we were able to accomplish this past season and we look forward to seeing all of you next season LIVE and in person in the theatre!
