Volunteer Opportunities

There are a multitude of ways to volunteer at BRBT!

Guild members volunteer their time and talents in a variety of ways including the following:

  • Coordinating dancers at auditions
  • Coordinating dancers backstage during performances
  • Distributing merchandise (Nutcrackers/t-shirts/flowers)
  • Working at the Nutcracker Boutique during performances
  • Working at Clara’s Closet during auditions
  • Helping with The Land of the Sweets Tea
  • Helping with the Dancer Luncheon
  • Helping with Dance Dignitary Reception
  • Helping with Dancin’ in the Streets
  • Sewing
  • Ironing
  • Coordinating Costumes
  • Coordinating dancers at auditions
  • Coordinating props for the summer tour
  • Transporting dancers to tour performances
  • Helping with the Youth Ballet Cast Party
*First Saturday of the Month

  • Handing out information about the Ballet
  • Welcoming guests at the information table
  • Working in the First Aid Room
  • Coordinating dancers and audience members at the Theatre – lobby/backstage/onstage coordinators
  • Setting up/ breaking down studio classrooms
  • Monitoring studios during master classes
  • Distributing lunches
